At Black Ram Labs, we are committed to providing you with advanced analytics and advancing the physical activity industries (cycling, sports, fitness, health, wellness, etc.). In our products (websites, applications, devices, etc.) we collect personal information from you, including information about your:

interactions with us / our products.
billing or purchase information.

physical and physiological characteristics.
and any personal information you chose to provide in free-form user data entry.
We collect your personal information in order to:
plot the profiles of your activities.
calculate accurate metrics to represent your experience during your activities.
measure usage of equipment to guide development of existing and future products.
Black Ram Labs does not engage in collecting any sensitive information.
With your permission our products will collect anonymous data for the purpose of understanding how the product is used and how we can improve your experience. Analytics data may include any of the following: information about your device or app version, your location and time zone, app feature usage, and meta data related to user recordings. This list is meant to show the type of data we collect. We may collect additional anonymous analytics data not listed here. With your permission, we may share anonymous analytics data with a 3rd party such as an international industry stakeholder in order to improve the design and function of related equipment and/or infrastructure, and to improve advanced analytics in the future.
Providing some information is optional. If that information is essential for a certain product or service, then your access that product/service will be restricted. If you choose not to allow location, we'll be unable to provide advanced mapping features or actionable data related to your ride. If you choose not to enter user or equipment profile data we'll be unable to provide accurate metrics. We keep your information safe by never sharing personal identifiable information and only accessing your ride or analytics data for the betterment of the physical activities industries, improving user experiences, and for the improvement of our products and/or business.
You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact us.
